illum Probiotic Bar Soap and Cloth Pad Liquid Soap are similar in ingredients but just in different form!
There are EM (Effective Microorganisms) and Bamboo Vinegar in Probiotic Bar Soap and Peppermint and Citric Acid in Cloth Pad Liquid Soap.

No, we do not include any artificial fragrance in our products. The Probiotic Bar Soap has a natural soap scent to it, while the Cloth Pad Liquid Soap contains Peppermint.

Yes! We do not include any animal-derived ingredients nor are they tested on animals.
While the soaps are generally good for a period of time, we recommend using them within 6-12 months once first used.
1. Place used illum Cloth Pads under running cold water and rinse out discharge as much as possible.
2. Wash your used cloth pad with illum Probiotic Soap. Mix some illum Liquid Soap with water in cloth pad soaking container.
3. Soak your washed cloth pads for min. 6 hours. Change soap and water mixture every 24 hours if soaked longer.
4. Hand wash soaked pad in running water. Hang dry.
Once you prewash your used illum Cloth Pad, grab the Probiotic Bar Soap and rub directly on the pad to lather.
You can use illum Cloth Pad Liquid Soap directly on the pre-washed cloth pad to lather & clean. Another great way to use is to mix some of the liquid soap into the soaking water to maximize the elimination of stains during the soak.
After the pre-wash and soap lather, if you still find there's a stubborn stain, use 1/4 teaspoon of the Sodium Percarbonate to rub directly on the stain. Without washing it out, soak in container with cold water.
